Our professional boilermakers (fitters/welders trained), welding licensed (Veritas), make the metal construction according to a program established for many years. The aluminum used is of marine type 5083 or 5086.

Method of manufacture:
The hull is made upside down on a very rigid marble. The plating is then welded to the structure. The hull is put back in place in order to make the deck and the accessories. Couples, plating and deck are precut by water-jet from computer files. The hulls are then sanded and painted with epoxy.
